Three Strikes

 
Marc Carlos Law, APC, has successfully represented a large number of individuals charged in “three strike” cases in San Diego and statewide. These cases have resulted in acquittals at jury trial, reduction of sentences, and dismissal of charges. Mr. Carlos successfully defended the first female facing 25 years to life for a “three strikes” allegation in San Diego County and continues an active trial practice in this area.
