Marc Carlos Law, APC, has successfully represented numerous individuals accused of sex offenses. Mr. Carlos has represented hundreds of clients accused of sex related crimes throughout the state and San Diego. His expertise in these matters includes the presentation of psychological defenses, sexual predator profile and consent issues, as well as successful attacks of child abuse accommodation syndrome, sexual abuse accommodation syndrome, repressed memory and the use of prior uncharged sex acts.

Mr. Carlos has been retained as lead trial counsel in several high-profile sex offense trials including People v. Kellen Winslow, II. In addition, Mr. Carlos has extensive experience in litigating forensic science issues relating to sex cases including DNA, SART analysis and defensive wounds.
